The revised PBT and vPvB criteria

The scientific criteria to determine if substances are PBTs or vPvBs, listed below, have changed little with the revision. On top of the criteria, the revised Annex XIII of REACH now: 1.allows data to be used that cannot be directly compared to numerical criteria; 2.places emphasis on a weight-ofevidence approach, comparing all relevant and available information with the criteria, and expert judgement;
