摘要

Some oxides with defined structure, such as perovskite, fluorite and K2NiF4 etc., have mixed oxygen-ionic and electronic conductivity at high temperatures. Membranes prepared from such mixed conducting material were called mixed ionic and electronic conducting membrane (MIECM), which can only allow oxygen permeate through due to the dense charac- teristic of the membrane and the oxygen ionic diffusion mechanism for oxygen transport, so 100% theoretical oxygen selectivity can be achieved.
