摘要

Methyl carbamate is an important fine chemicals, can be used as a variety of additives, also can be used as organic synthesis intermediates which was widely used in pesticide, medicine, and other fields. The laboratory using a method of low-voltage homogeneous catalysis of urea to synthesize methyl carbamate (MC),using urea (900-000 yuan / T) and methanol (1500 yuan / T-800 / T) as the main raw material, Synthesis the very economic value of the fine chemicals methyl carbamate (referred MC). This method using homogeneous reaction system, the mild reaction conditions to achieve a high conversion rate of urea and a high selectivity of Carbamate. After the production process, the product was isolated from the reactive substances using vacuum distillation and a little residues was left. If we do not deal with them , on the one hand,it will be a waste of resources in a large number, on the other hand residue discharge would cause serious environmental pollution. In order to solve this problem, the full realization of the production of green, the residue must be processed. Therefore determination of components and the analysis methods of residues are particularly important. But so far, as the MC production technology of mine is the sole of china.There are not report about this project in and abroad china. Therefore the study can fill the gaps in this area in and abroad china.
