摘要

Aiming to understand and solve eventually the wax gelation problem in oil industry,long chain n-paraffms have received intensive investigation.But crude oil is a complex mixture of hydrocarbons consisting of paraffins,asphaltenes,naphthenes,aromatics and resins.The presence of polar asphaltenes is known to be another important factor to cause pipeline blocking.They are postulated to influence the formation of paraffin gles[1-3].
