Conventional fossil fuel combustion power generation technologies (such as internal combustion engine and turbines)provide low efficiency and emit significant pollution and green house gases.Fuel cells offer the best alternative.Fuel cell technology is inherently clean,highly efficient and meets stringent environmental standards.Fuel cells are under development for portable,transportation;auxiliary and base load power source applications.FuelCell Energy (FCE)is developing fuel cell systems for a variety of applications and operating on multifuels such as natural gas,propane,digester gas and liquid fuels.
