摘要

The catalytic desulfurization rule of model organic compound iso-butyl mercaptan over HZSM-5(molar ratio of silica-to-alumina is 25)in the presence of methanol was studied in fixed bed micro-reactor.The experimental results showed that there was a better conversion(70%)for iso-butyl mercaptan at a lower temperature of 250 deg C,iso-butyl mercaptan was basically converted completely to main product of H_2S when reaction temperature was reached 350 deg C;There were greater effect of La-modified mount on iso-butyl mercaptan conversion and better conversion while La_2O_3 content is 1.0% in La-HZSM-5 zeolite;There was certain improvement of iso-butyl mercaptan for the addition of methanol,it was favorable for the transformation of iso-butyl mercaptan and there were more complex liquid products and lower selectivities while the volume ratio of methanol-to-benzene was 0.2.
