Kinetics of coke burning of the new generation continuous reforming catalysts

摘要

The miniature fixed bed reformer with the on-line analysis system was employed for the research of coke combustion kinetics of the R-134 and GCR-100 continuous reforming catalysts. Intrinsic and apparent kinetic equations and related kinetic parameters of coke combustion in regeneration were obtained. The results showed that there are three types of coke (i.e., and) with different combustion property in reforming catalysts; the combustion rate constants and the reaction activation energies of the coke in the R-134 and GCR-100 continuous reforming catalysts are more than ones of the coke. The apparent kinetic equations of R-134 and GCR-100 catalysts were established, and kinetic parameters were obtained.
