WE elect presidents every four years and change cellphones every two years. Some days I wish both were limited to one year. ' Nearly two years ago, I left Verizon for Sprint. A lot has happened in those two years. The biggest is a phenomenon called 4G LTE. When I signed up with Sprint, it had the only 4G coverage in the U.S. It's called WiMAX. It's horrible. 4G LTE, on the other hand, is a game-changer.
