Photoreaction Dynamics of Molecular Adsorbates on Semiconductor and Oxide Surfaces

In this article, we will discuss the dynamics of UV photoreactions on single-crystal, semiconductor, and insulator surfaces. We will focus this discussion of surface dynamics by considering mainly the system of weakly to moderately bonded species on the reconstructed surfaces of oxides and semiconductors.
