Research tour scrutinizes supply and demand of soy

WHILE soybean prices continue to fluctuate, the laws of supply and demand weigh heavy on soybean growers' minds. The Illinois Soybean Association attempted to answer questions about increasing supply to meet demand from developing markets at its annual research tour held in Champaign on July 10 and in Carbondale on July 11. The tours highlighted research being conducted at the University of Illinois and Southern Illinois University.
