Japan’s Rengo starts up new corrugated box plant near Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam

Japanese packaging giant Rengo has announced the inauguration of a new cor- rugated box plant under the aegis of its subsidiary, Settsu Carton, in an industrial park 40 km from Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. The facility will be able to process 800,000 m~2/month of corrugated packag-ing, and its business will focus on other Japanese-owned firms in the neighbor- hood of Ho Chi Minh City.
