Sateri starts up two 50,000 tonne/yr viscose staple fiber lines in China

Sateri Holdings has started up two new 50,000 tonne/yr viscose staple fiber (VSF) lines at a greenfield mill in Putian city, in China’s southern province of Fujian. The first line was fired up in early December, and the second one kicked off production earlier this month (No. 2, 2011, p.4). Both lines are expected to steadily ramp up to full production capacity over the next few months
