Rules to curb truck overloading push up costs, prices for P&B in China

Prices for most paper and board (P&B) grades have increased in China this month after producers' persistent efforts. Market sources suggest that prices are likely to continue to creep up as the recent crackdown on vehicle overloading is driving up truck freight costs.
