As of January 1, 2003 udner an acquisition agreement, Storsack and eurea/ecotainer's worldwide activities will converge under IPS - Innovative Packaging Solutions GmbH (holding Company). The terms of acquisition were formally agreed and signed between Thomas Noor, owner of IPS and Storsack and the owners of eurea on November 9, 2002.
