The business unit Processing of ThyssenKrupp F6rdertechnik at Ennigerlon was awarded the contract by Alu-Chemie,Rotterdam,a company of the Alcan-group,for the delivery of a complete grinding plant for petrol coke-the initial product for the production of anodes,that are required for the electrolysis in aluminium production.The order amounting to about 4 million in total comprises the complete engineering from the structural engineering to the handing-voer of the polant in perfect working order in August 2003.
