Digital Load Cell for Loss-in-Weight Feeders Neutralizes Detrimental Ambient Influences

Duisburg, Germany-Loss-in-weight feeders applied in rough industrial ambience are exposed to considerable detrimental physical interferences such as temperature variations, shocks and vibrations. Users know the problems involved: falsified weight values result in feeder inaccuracy and inferior production quality or even cause feeder failure. Adapting the feeder reaction sensitivity to interfering ambient conditions also results in reduced accuracy. A new digital load cell - now puts an end to those problems.
