摘要

The basal characters of fly ash(FA)and preparation of composite micro-bead particles(CMBP)are described.Characteristics and reasons of the increased whiteness and coating mechanism of CMBP are analyzed in detail.Experimental results show that the authors had successfully prepared CMBP with rough surface and high whiteness in a Ca(OH)_2-H_2O-C0_2 system.Compared to original FA,the whiteness and the specific surface area can be increased by more than 145 %,which ranges from 29.8 of the original to 73.13 of CMBP,and 222 % from 3.03 m~2-g~(-1)of the original to 9.77 m~2-g~(-1)of CMBP,respectively.Filling tests show that the coating increases contacting opportunities between CMBP and polypropylene(PP)matrix and improves the matching state between them when CMBP are blended with PP materials
