ACCORDING to reports,the government nnounced the revised All Industry rates of Duty Drawback 2005-06,with higher rates for most products.The rates notified would be effective from May 5 and are on ad-valorem basis instead of specific rates earlier.The drawback caps associated with various commodities,however,have been fixed in specified terms.
