GLOBAL demand for plastics processing machinery is forecast to expand 3.5 percent per year to 18.8 billion in 2009.China will record the largest gains of any national market through 2009,when the nation will account for one-fifth of total world demand.Sales conditions are also expected to be strong in India and Russia,as well as in lower-volume markets such as Turkey,the Czech Republic and Iran.
