IT is reported the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the State government to develop "Coastal Special Economic Zone (SEZ)" at Mangalore for petrochemical and energy sector.At the sez,the company plans sto build a petroleum complex on the lines of the petrochemical complex at jourong island in singapore with an investment of Rs.25,000 crore.
