Qualitative swelling investigations on the nonionic poly (acrylamide-co-bis(acrylamide) gels showed that the degree of swelling in aqueous solutions (V/Vo-2) does not exceed the value in the state immediately after preparation (V/Vo=1) to any significant.The pressure that determine the swelling is essentially influenced by three components,namely~(18).
