IPCL to hike production capacity

Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd (IPCL) is all set to expand its capacity and further integrate operations with Reliance Industries during the coming year. According to Mukesh Ambani, Chairman, IP9CL, the company is palnning to increase the capacity of its PVC plant at Gandhar complex by 100% to 4,00,000 tonnes per year. "The capacity of naphtha cracker plant at Vadodara complex would be increased by 30% to 2,00,000 tonne per year of ethylene," Ambani further revealed.
