According to reports,further liberalising and simoplifying the procedure for import of goods,Reserve qBank of India on 19th Septembrer said authorised dealers 9ADs) may allow advance remittance in excess of US1,00,000 on obtaoining a guarantee against the counter guarantee of an international bank of repute outside India.
