Roca India acquires Espiem Plastics

ROCA India, a major player in the bathroom products space, has acquired Espiem Plastics making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Roca Group. The acquisition of 100 per cent stake in Espiem is part of the Roca's strategy to further expand in the market.
