Neoplast expects 8-11% growth in export

INCREASING demand for highly innovative and cost effective machinery for plastics processing, Neoplast Engineering Pvt Ltd expects the demand to increase in overseas markets. The company expects export growth of 8-11 %. "Demand for conical twin screw extruders is growing in domestic market. However, due to the current financial crisis overseas demand has shrunk a bit. For our company, we expect the export growth to remain steady at 7-11%", informed Tushar Parikh, Director, Neoplast Engineering Pvt Ltd. The conical twin screw extrusion line of Neoplast gives output upto 150-200 kg per hour. "The price for this extrusion line with installation charges comes at nearly Rs. 1.5 to 2 crore for a small polyvinyl chloride pipe manufacturing. Due to the cost effectiveness and brand value domestic demand is good", added Parikh.
