Recyclers form group to address problems with shrink-sleeve labels

THE Association of Postconsumer Plastic Recyclers is officially joining the debate on shrink label recycling. The Washington-based group announced May 8 that it was forming a Label Working Group " in an effort to focus on the recycler's perspective on the problem."
