Rising raw material costs hit plastic processors

SHARP and continuous rise in input costs in the past few months has resulted in closure of number of plastic processing units, according to the Gujarat State Plastic Manufacturers' Association (GSPMA). Plastic raw materials prices increased by 25-30% during this quarter, the Association said in a media statement.
