Samsung Engineering lands major UAE carbon black project

SAMSUNG Engineering, the first and largest engineering company in the Republic of Korea, announced they received a letter of award (LOA) for a carbon black and delayed coker unit (CBDC) from TAKREER (Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company). At a value of $2.48 billion USD, it is the eighth order received in five years from ADNOC, the national oil company of UAE and the parent company of TAKREER.
