IOC recommends continuation of ban on import of plastic waste, scrap and parings

INDIAN Oil Corporation (IOC) has recommended the continuation of the ban on imports of 'waste parings and scrap of plastics' under the India-EU Broadbased Trade and Investment Agreement (BTIA). IOC said there was no need to exclude the item from India's 'negative list,' which includes items which are not traded, in the BTIA.
