GUNTHER Innovations

THERE are a number of examples of innovations that set GUNTHER products apart from the competition, such as the concept of nozzle heating. A homogeneous brass body with a press-fit heating element assures optimal heat transmission and reproducibility of the temperature curve in GUNTHER hot runner nozzles. Another example are the manifold systems: the manifolds made in Frankenberg are equipped with a special deflector plug, which can be removed and replaced on-site for the purpose of possibly required mechanical cleaning. Screw connections of the nozzles to the manifold are a further safety feature for the prevention of leaks. And in all of the above, user friendliness is given high priority.
