Yantai Wanhua MDI products to be used in Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway

Wannate and Wanalink products from Yantai Wanhua Poly-urethanes Co., Ltd. are to be used in the construction of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway in China. This project is by far the largest investment in China's railway history. The railway is 1,318 km long, starting at Beijing South Station and ending at Shanghai Hongqiao Station. The designed speed of the railway will be 350 km/h with a total investment of CNY 220.94 billion (EUR 21.9 billion/ USD 32.4 billion). The railway is sched-uled to start operation in 2010.
