Temperature is one of the most important environmental stress factors. We read plenty about high temperatures causing heat stress, hut what about sub-optimal temperatures? The commercial conditions of broiler rearing are not always the most optimal. Some experts consider that the environmental and nutritional factors affect in a proportion of 85% bird performance. One of the most important environmental factors which can turn in stressing factor is temperature.
