International Salmonella Symposium - Ploufragan'97

摘要

More than 300 veterinarians, biologists, breeders and other specialists associated with the poultry, pig and cattle industries from more than 30 countries assembled at Ploufragan near St Brieuc in Brittany for the second International meeting on Salmonella and the salmonelloses. Like the previous meeting it was intended to provide scientists and those in contact with the problems of salmonellosis in the field with the opportunity to discuss recent advances in pure and applied science with each other.This meeting provided a nice balance of pure and applied science and covered both the animal health and public health aspects of the problem.
