摘要

This report highlights proceedings from the 2005 International Poultry Exposition. The focus is on nutrition and feeding, with reference to research into amino acid nutrition (since amino acid content impacts on the bacterial populations in the gut of poultry and their growth), feed enzymes on energy utilisation from feed, and improvement of the quality of poultry meat and eggs via feed supplements (i.e. carotenoids, omega-3 fatty acids, etc.).
