The KraussMaffei group has appointed Dr. Hans Ulrich Golz as President of a common group- wide Injection Moulding Machinery segment. Succession arrange ments in respect of Golz as Managing Director of KraussMaffei Berstorff and President of the Extrusion Technology Segment are currently being made. Bernhard Merki, CEO of Netstal Maschinen AG, is leaving the company. Merki has worked for Netstal in various functions since 1988. Dr. Karlheinz Bourdon and Frank Peters, previously responsible for the Injection Moulding Machinery and Reaction Process Machinery business at KraussMaffei, will take up new posts within the segment.
