UK-based Burton's Biscuit Co. appears to be having another go at buying the 2 Sister's-owned Fox's biscuit brand (they were first thought to have approached them in May 2014). Reports are that they have offered Boparan-Holdings ￡330 million for the biscuit brand, having missed out on acquiring the UK's biggest producer, United Biscuits (UB), last year when it was sold to Turkish food group Yildiz Holding.
