New Zealand flexible packaging company Gravure Packaging (GPL) acquires Australian Packaging

Petone, Wellington, New Zealandbased flexible packaging printer Gravure Packaging Ltd (GPL) has recently acquired Australian Packaging (APL), a small converter located in Sydney. Established around 30 years ago, privately owned APL has 35 employees, and manufactures and supplies flexible packaging for food and FMCG markets, as well as for domestic and international airlines. APL's production capabilities include flexo printing, solventless lamination and film perforation. APL will continue to operate under its present name and retain existing staff.
