BOPP film prices in China unchanged for Q1, 2014 as a whole

The net effect of various fluctuations during the last few months has resulted in prices of 20 micron co-extruded BOPP film remaining the same at US$2.10 – US$2.35 / kg for Q1, 2014 as a whole. Resin prices went up by 5% during the December – January period and subsequently fell back due to the Chinese New Year. BOPP film prices responded by being stable in December 2013 and then fell by almost 3% in January 2014 and a further 3% in February.
