Rohm and Haas has signed a euro60M agreement to buy the FINNDISP division of Finnish paint group Forcit.It is based in Hanko,Finland,and makes water-based emulsions used in the manufacture of paints and coatings,lacquers and adhe-sives in Northern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
