Cathodic electrodeposition (CED) coating was developed as a new type of industrial application for an anti-corrosion coating since the mid 1970s. It has many merits, such as little environmental pollution, no fire hazard, excellent corrosion resistance, high throwing power and a degree of automation for coatings. Thus, it is widely used in automotives, light industry, agricultural machinery, household appliances, instruments, crafts, building materials and so on.
