ALBANY,N.Y.-Six companies and two other defendants have agreed to pay New York 1.57 million to settle a federal superfund case involving the remediation of a hazardous waste site in Rochester,N.Y.,Attorney General Andrew Cuomo(D)announced Jan.16(New York v.Eastman Kodak Co.,W.D.N.Y.,No.05-CV-6606L,consent decree approved 1/4/08).Under the settlement,which was approved by the U.S.
