Fast curing traffic paints with good durability

摘要

The requirements for traffic paints include adhesion to the road surface, resistance to chemical attack by water and salt, abrasion resistance and long term weather resistance. The coatings need to be applied under a wide range of temperature conditions to a variety of road surfaces. Various paint systems have been employed in traffic paints including liquid epoxy/amine systems and polyurea-based systems, but it is argued that none of these systems provide a fast curing coating with good weatherability.
