Solvent free synthesis for hyperbranched copolymers

摘要

Realistic one pot commercial production of hyperbranched aliphatic polyesters is only viable by polycondensation of bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid. The authors have previously investigated various routes to improve the preparation of hyperbranched polyesters including enzymatic, ROP, metal-catalysed copolymerisation and branched polycondensation.
