RADIATION CURING

摘要

The synthesis of 1,5,7-triaza-bicyclo[4.4.0]dec-5-ene from irradiation of a tetraphenylborate salt is reported and it is disclosed that it can catalyse effectively the trans-esterification reaction between ester and hydroxyl groups attached to polymers. A water soluble polymer composition such as poly(1-vinylpyrrolidone-co-2-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) blended with 2-hydroxyethyl cellulose was developed as a waterborne photoresist and the amount of photo-base generator, polymer composition and lithographic conditions are reported in the patterning process of waterborne polymers.
