摘要

A new photoresist carbon black consisting of a dispersant, photo-reactive resin and initiator has been developed for a light shielding black matrix with high opacity. Experiments showed that an optical density of 4μm~(-1) may be reached when 45% of carbon black having a particle size of 100nm is utilised. Six alkali soluble UV curable resins were synthesised and cured with the carbon black. An optimised choice leads to very good results when the energy is as low as 50mJ/cm~2.
