A resin composition having a low dielectric tangent and yielding a cured product superior in adhesion strength to a conductor is disclosed.According to die present invention,the composition comprises: a polyvinylbenzyl compound,a modified styrene elastomer having a functionality higher than 1 selected from one or more functional groups such as hydroxyl group,carboxyl group,amino group and an acid anhydride group.In this composition,dielectric powder is dispersed to afford a cured product having a high dielectric constant.By curing the composition,an insulating layer for electrical circuits can be obtained.
