摘要

The clay fraction of fluvioglacial sediments as well as the luvic and argillic horizons of soils formed from it were studied. They were analysed with the use of the X-ray method. It was found that illite dominated in the clay fraction from all horizons. Simultaneously in a high percentage of mixed layers minerals, chlorite and a small amount of smectite and kaolinite was noted. The clay fraction of the argillic horizon contained a large amount of smectite, which was the result of the lessivage process. These changes were confirmed by the significantly illitic character of the luvic horizon.
