摘要

A method of the synthesis of hydrophilic monomer with sulfo-nate and hydroxyl groups,namely sodium salt of 2,3-dihydroxypropane sul-fonic acid [NaDHPS,Formula(II)],being able to build-in into polyester chain has been elaborated.It was prepared with high selectivity and yield(93 %)from sodium salt of 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropane sulfonic acid in base environment of K2COs [reaction(3)].Mechanism of this reaction in which except NaDHPS also allyl derivative of Formula(IV)forms in defined conditions(in the presence of NaOH)was discussed on the basis of :H and 13C NMR investigations' results(Figs.1-4)and literature data as well.NaDHPS was used as a substrate in two-stage process of unsaturated polyester resin preparation(Scheme A).Other reagents were as follows:maleic anhydride,phthalic anhydride,trimethylolpropane monoallyl ether and 1,2-propylene glycol.The content of sulfonic monomer in the resin obtained was 2.8 wt.%.waterborne unsaturated polyester resins,hydrophilic sulfonate
