摘要

Possibility of the application of domestic surfactants (ZPC) from the "Rofam" series (oleic acid oxyethylenated methyl esters) in a drug form technology has been investigated. The real mean number of oxyethylene units (n_(TE)), measured by ~1H NMR, has been used to determine the analytical level of hydrophylic-lipophylic equilibrium (HLB, H/L). The number of oxyethylene units in the "Roam" homologous series, declared by producer (n_(TE)) as well as experimentally found (n_(TE)), made possible verification of their molecular weights (M~* and M, respectively) and calculation of the topological indices (SUMIC and SUMSIC), solubility parameters (delta~* i delta) and structural level of hydrophylic-lipophylic equilibrium (HLB), using methods by Griffin or Davies, as well as HLB_R (required HLB value) and H/L. Dependences between the number of oxyethylenated units in the "Rofam" structure and HLB, H/L and the topological indices (SUMIC and SUMSIC) have been described using correlation equations. It was demonstrated that the values of structural and analytical HLB levels are similar what makes the experimental evaluation of HLB value of chosen ZPC possible. This let estimate of ZPC pratical usability. "Rofam" products characterized with n_(TE) >= 8 showed the best functional properties from the pharmaceutical point of view, as transdermal transition promotors, solubilizers and emulsifiers of oil/water type.
