Synventive Molding Solutions, the hot runner maker in Peabody, Massachettus, has launched its SynFlow two speed sequential valve gating system. The technology gives molders more control over plastic flow, and solves common defect problems on large parts, such as automotive bumpers and instrument panels, such as pressure alteration marks, opposite direct gating marks, sink marks after coating and reduced adhesion of finishes.
